Our shipping and returns terms are being finalised with our suppliers, and we would rather leave this page short than leave something on it that turns out to be wrong.

What we can tell you now, because it is true of every order we take:

  • We are a dealer, and almost everything is built to order. Lead times on protective equipment are measured in weeks rather than days. The real figure for what you are ordering is confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
  • Nothing is charged until you approve a written quote.
  • Ballistic equipment is treated differently from everything else once it has shipped, for reasons of safety rather than policy. Ask us before you order and we will tell you exactly where you stand on the item you are looking at.
